On-Sales Service

Dedicated Order Coordinator A dedicated order handler will be assigned after contract signing to release production schedules, confirm production start date, completion timeline and logistics milestones. Regular updates including real photos of welding, coating and assembly progress will be shared.
In-Production Quality Control Production is carried out strictly in accordance with agreed materials and craftsmanship. Production photos of key working procedures are available upon request. Batch orders undergo random sampling inspection to ensure every unit meets factory inspection standards.
Optimized Packaging & Logistics Multi-layer protective packaging adopts thick wooden crates, EPE pearl cotton and edge protectors to prevent collision and scratches during transit. We arrange dedicated truck delivery, less-than-truckload logistics or container sea freight based on destination, and provide tracking numbers and loading photos to monitor cargo transit status.
Shipment Verification & Document Delivery Before dispatch, we double-check product models, quantities, accessories, tool kits and manuals. Supporting documents including delivery notes, certificates of conformity, warranty cards and customs clearance documents (for export orders) will be provided for receiving reconciliation and customs clearance.
